REFRIGERATED PIVOT DOOR

Designed to operate at temperatures as low as -40°C, these doors feature adjustable heating elements integrated into the frame and threshold, with a power output of 50W per linear meter. This system maintains a positive temperature on the exterior of the frame, prevents freezing, and ensures a hermetic and efficient seal.

•Lacquered aluminum frame with double sealing strip, designed to protect and conceal fastening hardware.

•Polystone profile providing thermal break between the interior and exterior of the chamber.

•Integrated perimeter heating element (50W or 100W per linear meter) in freezing models to prevent ice buildup.

•Pre-mounted frame, adjustable to any wall thickness, allowing easy installation on panel or masonry structures.

Door Leaf:

•Manufactured in lacquered steel, stainless steel, or PET coating, available in 80 mm and 120 mm thicknesses.

•High-pressure injected PIR insulation core with 45-55 kg/m³ density for superior thermal performance.

•Double thermal break integrated into the door leaf to maximize thermal insulation.

High-Tech Hinges:

•Global Door adjustable hinge with 3-axis regulation, allowing perfect alignment even after installation.

•Spring-loaded hinge that lifts the door at the start of movement, preventing gasket friction with the floor, enhancing durability and airtightness.

•Certified high resistance, supporting up to 80 kg per hinge.

Sealing & Closure System:

• 3-point lever lock system for freezer models, ensuring greater airtightness and durability in harsh environments.

•Independent locking system for both interior and exterior, preventing air leaks and maintaining thermal efficiency.

Fire-rated refrigerated pivot doors engineered for maximum safety and insulation, featuring a core composition of plasterboard, rock wool, and PIR (40-45 kg/m³ density). Built with a 120 mm thick door leaf and a stainless steel industrial frame, adaptable to panel or masonry installations. Available finishes: lacquered steel, PVC, or stainless steel, with a perimeter stainless steel frame for enhanced durability and resistance.
